I personally don’t shop a health food store for over priced conventional or Amish grown food. I always prefer locally grown, non-gmo & organic. That’s why I shop at health food stores! Still carrying Driscolls berries when we know they don’t use fair labor practices and Taylor farms lettuce packs when we know they cause parasites! Up your produce game.

Great for hard to find items a traditional grocer like Harding’s doesn’t carry! The staples are quite a bit pricier but this is an independently owned and operated local business. There’s a heavy focus on local and healthy products. The deli is absolutely amazing and usually by far the most veggie / vegan friendly selection in the area. Plenty of parking in the huge lot that’s shared with a fantastic coffee shop and it’s right across the street from a beautiful little lakeside park.

They have an extensive selection of organic foods in all forms. Their supplements are unbeatable. Also you don't want to miss checking out their all natural bath and body area.

Great customer service, very clean, great variety!!!! However I wish I could afford to buy fresh food here. The prices for produce is not reasonable even when they are on sale, and I see most of it going bad, meaning other people aren’t willing to pay the price either. I’d love to fill up my whole cart with all the beautiful produce they had. I was able to get a $2 avocado when they are normally $4, which was the best deal I’ve ever seen. Don’t let this produce go to waste :( I’d rather buy produce than vitamins but vitamins are running cheaper these days.

Very nice place provide many healthy products. It was Sunday afternoon when we were there, not many customers. It looks like a small bar to sit when ordering food it does not open that day. Very spacious, the front big door is the same level as the ground floor outside. No problem for someone with wheelchair or stroller. This Sawall Health Foods located inside the Oakwood Plaza. Parking is spacious. There is a coffee shop nearby the area.
